9.2.12        HLN responded to a female with an ankle injury off a track near Mangatawhiri Dam.  Winched paramedic onto track.  Located patient and uplifted her by winch.  Transported her to Middlemore Hospital in a Status 3 condition.

12.2.12      HLN responded to ambulance callout to South Head for a MVA involving 2 patients. Transported 1 x female with possible dislocated arm, and 1 x male with lacerations from hitting steering wheel, to North Shore Hospital.

12.2.12      HLN advised that a man had fallen from a boat and was unconscious. Informed by police that CPR was in progress.  Located and assisted public with resuscitation. Unfortunately the person died.

12.2.12      HLN was called from Ambulance to Whitianga for a Placenta Previa. Due to low cloud, helicopter had to transport patient to Auckland Hospital.
