Truck rolls, injures man

A man had been rushed to hospital with serious head and facial injuries after a truck rolled on an Auckland farm. Emergency services were called to the farm on Tindall Rd on the Awhitu Peninsula, bordering the Manukau Harbour, at about 4.10pm yesterday. Westpac Rescue helicopter crewman Mark Cannell said the truck was laying down fertiliser when it rolled.
