ZK-HLN ... From Every Angle (Almost)!

How about your own personal tour of Westpac Rescue Helicopter ZK-HLN?

Well thanks to our friends at Microsoft (Mike and Nigel... take a bow !!) you can do just that.

A photograph-stitching technology called Photosynth is the perfect tool to allow you to browse around your rescue helicopter with amazing detail. It's a great tool and there are heaps of other interesting Photosynths on the site... so prepare to be distracted! (The moon landings composits are way cool!)

For those of you interested in the photography side of things, we used a Canon 1Ds Mk II body with 16-35 and 24-70 2.8L lenses. The entire shoot produced, from memory, around 450 images and occurred in April 2010.
