Bequests and Codicils

By leaving a legacy in your Will, you can help us continue to save lives and help protect your loved ones thoughout their lives after you're gone.
It's not something many of us care to contemplate, but it's a certain fact that when we're no longer able to, we entrust others to care for our family and freinds; it's our way of helping ensure that their lives continue to be as long and fulfilled as possible.

To gift either a sum of money or property to our Trust is simple, and completely confidential. We have prepared a form that you can present to your solicitor with the request that it be included in your last will and testiment.
If you have already prepared your will, that's not a problem; you can use a document called a codicil - a means of adding or amending your will without changing it.

Please note:  your bequest or codicil  must be signed by you and two witnesses. This information and the forms provided are generic, and we therefore recommend that you consult your legal advisor for information regarding how best to attend to your particular situation.
