ARHT, the Auckland Rescue Helicopter Trust, is the charitable trust that owns and operates the Auckland based Westpac Rescue Helicopters on behalf of the community it serves.  Our rescue service is always on-call - that's 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are registered with the NZ Charities Commission - our Registered Charity Number is CC21935.
 

The support of the families, community organisations and businesses within our coverage area help the Helicopter continue its ongoing mission - saving lives. Here at ARHT we never forget that it is only thanks to the support of people like you, that your rescue helicopter is able to be there, free of charge and available to all when things go wrong.

With two specialised rescue helicopters watching over the more than 1.5 million residents and visitors throughout our coverage area, you can take comfort from knowing that if we're ever needed, our specialist team is never far away.
